Sarah Wade joined the United Nations Foundation in January 2013 as a Public Affairs Media Intern. Prior to joining our team, Sarah worked as an editorial intern for SmartBrief, where she produced content for a variety of newsletters in the nonprofit, business, marketing and energy sectors. She also served as a corps member of City Year Greater Philadelphia, where she tutored students in an urban high school and worked with other local nonprofits to create new service and learning opportunities for the students. Sarah earned Master of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
